So I was cruising through Facebook and I was on those Yes/No stupid app thing. I regret that. But out of nowhere, this virus thing called WinScanner popped up. I'm doing my best to clean it up with MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware. After that I'm probably gonna uninstall avast! and go for AVG.

Link to what I'm talking about

Do you guys think the first answer sounds legit? I'm doing what he says... I seriously don't want to get this virus. My dad just bought something recently with his credit card and I don't want him to become a victim of identity theft.... I really don't. Someone.. I need a quick reply. :(

Nothing is going to happen except annoying "alerts". I'd just run malwarebytes in safe mode.

I just try to avoid the whole "CLICK HERE" and "ENTER YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER" site thing.

But they are so bright and alluring.

I avoid my computer while not sober.

Actually I don't and sometimes I find myself wondering how I could have thought it was a good idea or cool idea to post that. I then delete it knowing that 99% of people haven't seen it and hope no one makes mention of it.
