oh, the ladies room thread reminded me. this is a good thing to ask here.

what kinda razors do you guys use? because i have been fighting with shaving for a couple of months now. used to it was no big deal but all the sudden my facial hair got like 4 times more coarse and grows way faster. wtf? it keeps giving me razor bumps and shit on my jaw area. at this point i'm using a brand new razor every single time i shave.

I use a schick quatro. I'm a hairy dude, so I shave every 12 hours mellow.gif
Actually, I only do, cuz I hate having a fuzz on my mustache area. But my sideburns grow hella fast.

i have a friend who hasn't shaved since... september, most likely. i have a conspiracy to sneak into his room, stick some waxing strips on his chin, quickly yank them off, then running like a seasonal0.gif running from the popo.

good plan?

yeah i usually give up tryin to keep my mustache area & chin clean shaven because it seems like too much work. that part grows fastest for mei think. before though i could go quite a few days and i never got that scruffy on the rest of my face but anymore skipping days is pushing it.

damn why's a seasonal0.gif's beard wantin to grow fast nowadays stubborn.gif

I used to have the barber do it until the ingrown hairs started. I now use Mach 3's. Here is an article that is helpful with shaving tips:

http://www.askmen.com/fashion/fashiontip_4...ion_advice.html

Some products to stop razor bumps:

http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtm...ldPaginate=true

http://shop.getbarc.com/category_s/1.htm

On wendy williams, they said that barcs is good for brothers.

I am also looking into getting a shaving brush and shaving paste.

i'm gonna check those out. last time i asked a barber he was like "it's cause your black" and i thought he was kidding and then i realized after reading stuff that he was being serious haha. supposedly black dudes have worse problems with ingrown hairs since the hair naturally grows curly and will curl back up in the skin?

gag

yeah i was talkin to someone about shaving paste the other day
