Great job making this. Guys, please keep the spam (like omg thanks for this) type replies outta here. If you have any resources to add, reply and either Selvy or a mod will update the thread. :)

Posted by: Wo0yaPo0ya Mar 17 2007, 08:53 AM

Add http://www.loudfusion.com%5b/url to song codes. :)

Posted by: hardxcoreL0VER Mar 17 2007, 04:02 PM

Song codes

www.minorcrisis.net

Took me forever to find this site =P

Posted by: catastrophic Mar 17 2007, 10:07 PM

Wow, nice work! thumbsup.gif

FYI, Singingfish is no longer available so please take that down.
In replacement of Singingfish, you can put both Dogpile (dogpile.com) and Altavista (altavista.com/audio/default).

Posted by: icy_wonderland Mar 18 2007, 12:19 AM

Actually, radioblogclub is also where you listen to songs on this flash player for free, not just discussion.

Posted by: Kurd Jam Mar 18 2007, 05:16 PM

Would it be possible to include instrument tablatures in the opening post?

The thread seems more oriented towards sharing/hosting music files, so possibly my request is out of place but I thought I would give it a try and ask anyway.

Posted by: ItsSelvy Mar 18 2007, 08:21 PM

Of Course We Can Add That! I have no clue what it is. But if you could give me a few links I could ass them!

Posted by: rawr SOCK Mar 18 2007, 08:29 PM

You can probably add http://music.aol.com/ under music videos.
And Song Meanings can probably go under music discussion too.
And http://webjay.org/ would definitely fit under more than one of these categories.

Posted by: a beautiful nothing Mar 19 2007, 02:28 PM

^ Theres already a subject for that in the BBoR, but if he's adding onto the list then I have a recomendation. tongue.gif

For Uploading and Streaming Music

Tablatures are a type of musical notations that focus on finger position rather than on the pitches. They're most commonly used for fretted string instruments, but I have seen harmonica and organ tabs, though.

While looking for good sites to post in here, I have seen many of them have been put down because of a recently passed legal disposition that rules tabs as a form of copyright infringement. Until I read more about this case, I am afraid I won't be adding any links to this topic ^^;;.

For the tabs, I looove www.tabnabber.com
It's simple.

Uploading and streaming:

http://www.esnips.com

They used to offer free mp3 downloading, but recently they change it so yea you can't download from then anymore. But you can still upload and stream. :] You have to sign up in order to use it though, as usual.
