Yanlin wasn't referring to you in each one of her descriptions; she was referring to different people. o_O She only meant that you're the one that not many people knew. once again, sorry. it's just that almost every post in this topic seems to be about me & how they disagree with me being put on staff. |

To thefourpanedwindow - I hope you aren't discouraged over a couple of your graphics getting rejected. I'm not trying to beat a dead horse here, but in a lot of cases, a staff member is not trying to be with their responses; instead they're trying to be helpful. If it's not helpful, you're always welcome to PM another staff member instead. I'm sorry you feel like you need to delete your account so soon, but I appreciate you letting us know what we're doing wrong. Is there any way I can help, though?

congrats to everyone!! to be completely honest, i thought manny would be hired as design staff because i really do like all the tutorials she's contributed. hmm. maybe we should just clear this up~ manny-the-dino-would you be more comfortable being on design staff? because it sure seems like a lot of people (including me) feel like you would be a better staff member there. |

xD I truly appreciate how direct you are, Teesa.
I was surprised to see her on the PS list, not the DS list. But, as I mentioned a bit ago, something came up this weekend and I haven't really been around for a couple of days. |

Ah I can't really think of anything... I did mention my no delete account complaints in the feedback area... along with one other thing. Thanks for replying to what I said before though [: |

i don't think you should have done that because (well, maybe you didn't realize this) people staffers really have to be the most active in the community center and interact with members there. i didn't realize that. thanks for the concern though! but i am discussing this via PM with Dani. |

That being said... actually manny - the- dino is very active on the forums, I always see her replies, mostly introductions, I think she would be great, but I personally though Melie should have have people staff and Manny get design staff . but thats just my opinion. :] Who the hell are you? And manny, will you PLEASE stop editing your post with annoying fonts? Especially now that you're people staff and people actually have to read your posts. It's a real strain on the eyes. |

i don't get why natalie got put on people staff, when design staff seems the obvious choice. especially since she seems to be under the impression that as people staff she would have to contribute like a design staff. so it seems kinda like she thought something different than the actual job. did you guys even talk to her before you decided her position
either way, if she's on people and should be on design, it's not her fault. she didn't put herself there. |

either way, if she's on people and should be on design, it's not her fault. she didn't put herself there. exactly. besides, i don't remember the actual hiring thread mentioning specific requirements of people staff, design staff, etc., so i can see people being confused when applying. although, that confusion should definitely have been cleared up during the interviewing (like jc mentioned) |

Natalia* but i think i am going to be put on design staff. it's just not "official" yet. is this better? |

I am sorry, but I think that it is fairly obvious what the difference between people and design staff is.

i actually don't think it's that obvious to someone who's not on the boards that much. if you went to a website based in design, why would you think that there was a staff that had nothing to do with design? shrugs.
edit: either way, like we said that should have been cleared up by the staff i guess. |

WTF LOL
someone who quit cb (or so I heard) I thought that the hiring process died or something and then I just began to lurk around anonymously; I didn't really have anything to say. AND TODAY freaking random email about me getting a personal message etc etc. anyways I guess I'll try out this "probation period" and see if dandy things come out of it. |

I am sorry to manny-the-dino because it's not her fault they decided to just place her in PS. I have no problem with her in DS. Now, who's going to take her spot on PS? Nicki should, because Nicki should have been hired over her to begin with. Or Tung. Or whoever else didn't step down.

Natalia or whatever, did you use to have a username that went along the lines of dani54456456234092456345?
