All three of those images must have came from a high end camera. That's how you get your clear and vibrant effect.
If you're going more into detail of the effects applied onto the images: 1st image: Reducing the saturation on an image will help get that "pale" effect. 2nd image: I think a little bit of bluish coloring is applied. Very hard to see because the image looks almost natural. Or maybe, it could just be the lighting is naturally like that and it came straight from the camera. 3rd image: The coloring applied onto this image looks like a brownish-reddish. I don't remember exactly how to do it, but looking at coloring_help's red tags will give you a general idea of what to do. You could also look around for the bluish coloring I mentioned above. I don't really see anything completely done with the 2nd image. ^I agree with the effects on the first and third though.
