I don't really mess around much with interfaces, but I modify hardware setups as a hobby. I occasionally build computers from time to time, but only for other people, since I don't use PC's. Still, they're fun to build, even though they're not fun to use.

It has to do with making after-market changes to a computer system. I think the original poster is specifically discussing alterations made to an operating system's visual interface.

If you want a better Mac looking UI use FlyakiteOSX, it's alot better
