he asked me out and doesn't know where we should go. we keep saying, i dunno where do you want to go? i dunno, where do you want to go? i don't want it to be a movie because that's awkward and you're just like sitting there next to the person. what's something thats fun and not too expensive and not awkward? :)

what's something thats fun and not too expensive and not awkward? :) Hmmm, this is a hard one. I would just go to the mall, i mean you could hang out, have fun, mess around together, walk around and hold hands, and if you need a break theres food courts with benches where you could share a meal/drink and sit together. |

The mall sounds like a good idea. Laser tagging, a sporting event, the park, out to eat, and bowling are all fun things to do too.

Laser tag is not a good idea if you can't handle embarrassment when you lose. Arcades and amusement parks are always a good idea.

i don't know of any miniature golfing place around where we live. but he's like the kind of guy who doesn't want to go to the mall, or like go to school dances and stuff. so i have no clue what we should do. truthfully i don't really care, i just want to be with him, but i really don't want to go laser tagging

but i can't think of anything =)
this is so frustrating. i would be happy just like walking around town with him, i really don't care i just want to be with him!! but walking around town is kind of gay because pretty much it's just a 5 and below, starbucks and movie store. 5 and below is gay and im pretty sure he would hate the idea of going to starbucks. what about like renting a movie together and snuggling up on the couch?! but im not sure if he would be into that. MOTHERf**kERXXXXX. it would be different if like we have been going out for a while and were cool with just like hanging out at each other's place. but i thinnk that would be SUPER awkward as a first date. blaaah i don't know!!! |

Ah, i see, well i'd ask him about the one idea you had about the renting a movie and "snuggling", im sure he'd like that, it might be a we bit awkward, but i'd risk being awkward |

'snuggle". im sure he would love to but not on the first date, at leaast i wouldn't. =) well, do you think a movie is a good idea or is it just awkward and a not so good way to get to know each other? OR is it a really good way to "get to know each other"? lol! |

The movies would actually not that bad of a first date, its a way to slowly evolve in to a strong relationship. Because you could hold hands and stuff, that would probly be your best bet as of him not wanting to go to the mall or anything lol |

I would say go to the arcade. It'd be fun and you guys can actually talk and get to know each other.
The movies would be a good, cheaper idea. But the thing about going to the movies for a first date is the fact that you guys can't really talk. But I guess that means a second date would be in order, lol. |

I never thought about the arcade, i was trying to think of something were you could talk but i couldn't think of anything. The arcade would probably be the #1 answer And if you don't have an arcade, i would go to a bowling ally, and most bowling allys have arcades too. |
