I dunno, I think a nice wallet is a good investment. It'll be better quality (generally), be "stylish" for longer since they're typically more classic styles, and come on, it just looks better to keep your valuables in something, well, that looks like it is a valuable too. I'd rather get a nice wallet and a cheap handbag.
I have a bronze leather Gucci one that I've been using for years now - still looks great and I don't feel the need to get any new wallets. Hell, wallets don't get dirty and shit as badly as other things (like shoes or clothing), for a chick anyway, so I'm all for spending more. Also they're way more affordable than designer bags, so you get to look like you can afford pretty stuff (yes, I hate to say, a status symbol of sorts). But not even that, it shows that you have good taste and take good care of your shit, you know? Though I never have a strict rule for this kind of stuff - I've had my fair share of less expensive wallets that have been good in the past. They're just not as special to me and I always feel like changing it up, so ultimately I'm spending the same amount on wallets. Doesn't really make a difference. |

ooh i like it
imo you're paying for quality but most is branding, yes. my friend owns burberry one (barf) but it has stayed in good condition when her wallets normally get beat up. i feel like everybody needs one good wallet in lyf. when you take a girl or guy out to dinner and you get ready to pay, do you want them to see your cheap, busted wallet? lol @ barf my mom bought me a burberry wallet like three yrs ago, but i dont really use it. i sort of just use my id tag chain thing, it holds all my credit cards and such. and i just keep cash in my pockets bc i dont usually have cash on me. tips get deposited asap. |

Agreed. Most nice wallets are classic styles, except for limited edition or seasonal ones. When I say nice wallets, it doesn't have to be a "designer" brand, as long as it's quality made. Plus, I tend to take care of my nicer wallet, than my cheapo ones I've bought in the past. Every wonder why your credit cards, driver's license, etc. get linty or have random residue on them after a year? Most likely due to the cheap leather or fabric. This goes for women's and men's wallets. By the way, if you're looking for a lasting wallet, leather goods are the way to go (unless you're against animal cruelty). It's easier to clean, while other fabrics tend to wear down easily over time. BTW, nice wallet Sandy. I like zippers, but they always seem like too much work. Gotta zip open, then zip close. I BE LAZY... |

buttttttttttt there is no tug when you zip and feels smooth. my only issue with it is that it's so bulky. i might get a smaller black clover version.

I'm not paying no 100 dollars for a frikkin wallet. I'll put a 100 dollars inside of one though. I'd rather use that 100 for something more meaningful and conservative like making it rain at the strip club.

Yall better cuff your chick because if you with her I can get her and she accidentally slip and fall on my d!ck. Oops I said on my d!ck. I ain't really mean to say on my d!ck.
