I thought it would be interesting to see what others like about guys or if it's only me who goes after certain things.

I don't think out of that list you can just pick one.

I would have to say all of the above.

You really need someone to understand you, and for them to be understanding they have to the caring. And to completely understand you I think they should have atleast so intelligence.

obviously all of the above...so i guess ill list why i'd want all of those qualities in a guy.

Comfortable with self i'd want my guy to feel comfortable enough with himself so that he feels comfortable with me. obviously, there's a difference between being confident and cocky.
Caring i like it when guys do everything they can to make you happy, even if it's trying to make you smile by doing cute little things. i appreciate the small things, as long as it's because he cares about me.
Honesty honesty and trust go hand in hand. if i can trust him and know that he's always telling me the truth, then the relationship will be stronger.
Understanding when im upset about something and need someone close to me to talk about it with, i like it when guys can let their guard down and just listen while i vent my feelings out to them.
Smart who wants a stupid boyfriend? i like being able to have an intellectual conversation with my boyfriend that involves some thinking.

Yeah, all that's great but what about respect? He should be respectful of you and everything you stand for, in ADDITION to being understanding.

I think having the "All of the above" option is stupid.

But that's what I voted for. Hah.

Definitely honesty. Not SO much though, but honesty, and integrity. Also trust&understanding. There's a lot, but those are extremely important.

You know... it sort of defeats the purpose of a poll when you have one option that obviously outweighs the rest
