Hey guys, i found this image right...and i want to imitate this effect on a different picture. could you please tell me how to do this?

What I would do is make the background first. So that means you have to make your own gradient and add in all the extra effects to have that glow look. I recommend brushes for this process, because it's much easier to control.

Next, what I would do is try to cut the person or subject out. Make it precise and leave no unnecessary space. Then just paste it onto your background.

For the final part...I guess they used a mask. Try experimenting with the square shaped brushes.




This could be the method, but they could have also applied a filter.
