Can I use GIMP to slice an image for a Myspace band layout?

I want to have a custom header with clickable links. I created an image and made an image map, but it doesn't work in band layouts! I have downloaded all of the python plugins and so forth for GIMP 2.6.7, but I cant figure this "slice" thing out.

Use Photoshop CS2. Works like a charm.

Oh, but first, (and I assume you're using Ubuntu) you should download Wine which is a Windows program converter for quite a few operating systems, including Ubuntu. Then, just download a torrent of Adobe Photoshop CS2 that comes with an easy key generator. Install Photoshop, crack it with the key generator, and done.

Here's a little guide that could help you out. However, it doesn't explain how to crack it so you're on your own there. It's not too hard, though. Most tech-junkies on here can probably explain more fluently.
