My left arm is slightly bigger although really stonger than my right arm. People are thinking I masturbate with that arm, although I'm a lefty so it's pretty natural..

BTW I don't masturbate...

suuuuuure you dont^ haha

^^ hahaha

Yea, if you're right handed, it'll probably be bigger just because you use it more often. Don't work exclusively on your left arm, but you may want to work it a little harder than your left.

When you work out do not just work out your left arm, but exercise both. The key is to make your left arm work a little harder than your right so your left arm muscles can develope. Lets say you're doing dumbbell curls with 10 lbs weight (I know guys normally use more than 10 lbs, but lets just imagine with me). Usually a person would do 2-3 sets of 12-15 repititions on each arm. In your case, you can do 1-2 sets on your right arm and 3 sets on your left arm until you notice a balance. That way, even if your left arm muscles develope, you don't have to worry about it getting too much bigger than the right since you're also working that side as well.

It's normal that a person's right arm is stronger than his/her left though. Don't worry too much about getting them exactly the same size... that's loco.

Stop masturbating with your right and lead with your left?

i wouldnt worry about it too much, your left arm might always be smaller than your right arm, thats the way life is, and I bet that your the only one that notices this.

when u work out use both arms, and if u see that ur left is smaller try working out on ur left.

it's natural because we're all one-side dominant. my left arm muscles are more "prominent" because i play sports lefthanded.

exercise both at the same time, but pay more attention to your left, that might even out the two

Agreed. I don't play sports though but because I'm right handed, I do more "work" with that arm.
