You can't exactly change your body type.

You play soccer. So you'll have a soccer body. You're NOT a gymnist, so you won't have a gymnist body. Duh.

^ What she said.

You can't really change your body structure but you can get a good six pack. Maybe you should take gymnastics or yoga...that's kinda one of the ways to get a gymnast body.

unless you take up tumbling, and throwing urself through the air, (which im 99% sure doesnt happen in soccer) ur not gonna have a "gymnast" body.

huh.gif if you want a gymnast body, then take gymnastics. but since you don't have time, you're busy with soccer. so you have a "soccer body."

give up soccer and get the gymnast body. playing soccer will only give you a soccer body.

i agree with everyone
the only way you're going to get a gymnast's body is if you do something gymnastic related.
but since you do soccer, then well you 'll have a soccer body.
i don't think it's that bad to have a soccer body, heck i have one i just hate how my legs look, from running to much on the field _dry.gif

ya, you can't just change your body
however, with certain pilates programs
you can workout the specific muscle
groups that gymnasts work out
and then get a similar body built...
but you'd have to take special time
to do that workout, which may be
difficult if all you're doing is soccer...

dunno bout you but its not easy changing your "body structure"

in fact, you're pretty much stuck with whatever body structure you have

for example..
if you got a stocky body type, you'll prolly get more definition and mass if you work out hard enough but you'll still have the "stocky" body

if you have a lean body type, it won't be easy to change it into a stocky type

same with other body types

otherwise all the people who work out/exercise regularly would have beautiful bodies but thats not always the case

that you might workout through that program.

usually gymnists are short and look really young.
and they have no boobs for some reason.

so just work out and make the body type you have look good.

I know, but it's not making her have that body. It's just adding to the muscle she already has.
