my friend has really liked this guy since third grade and we're now in the 9th grade. she really wants him to ask her out...but always has had the feeling that he hates her when really..he doesnt. recently they have become better friends. they have the same interests..and its obvious that they're made for each other. what can she do to get him to notice her? should she ask him out?

Well, the best way to get noticed is to make a change. But, since you say they're already perfect for eachother I'm not sure. Maybe she should just hint at it and see how she reacts?

Go to the movies with him and a couple of his buddies along with your friend. And your friend should just be herself while hanging out with the guy.
