dude, you need to get off psp. it cant make animations. i like photoshop a ton better. at least try it, if you dont like it, go back to psp.

If you have PSP you probably have Animation Shop, which does do animations. I don't know of any tutorials, but take a look around on Google and see if you can find some tutorials there.

macromedia owns j00...flash is obviously the best program dealin with animations...as for graphic-designing, why PSP or photoshop when they got fireworks :P.
anyways, back on topic...what drnick said, use animation shop if you want. it's pretty good with blinking and simple animations n stuff like dat... |
