I think it's really cute. The cut is a bit choppy. I'm not sure if you meant for it to come out like that. But yes adding some text would look nice. I think the scribbles are a bit random. But it's cute. :)

The hair is the only weird part about the drawing. How did you draw this?? Photoshop, Illustrator? Paint? Looks Good!
