Naps are mediocre. I appreciate them more during certain situations.

I love taking naps. I always feel really refreshed and energized after I take one.

I always end up messing up my whole sleeping schedule when I take them though. blink.gif

I read about a company once that had a built-in "Nap Room" where employees could go take 30 minute naps in the afternoon. They had this study that proved their employees were much more productive if they got an afternoon snooze.

Needless to say, I'll apply if I can remember where!

Oh! I read about that too! Apparently lots of companies are doing that now. I think it really would help employees biggrin.gif

I'm a firm advocate of power naps, and the general concept of grabbing short amounts of sleep when you can, rather than one long sleep at night. I've got pretty good at being able to fall asleep whereever I am recently. It's one of my amazing super powers.

lol

I wish I were a better napper. I got about 3.5 hours of sleep last night and hit my caffeine low on the bus ride home because it was too difficult to keep the caffeine flowing while being tossed around on the bus. I don't think I got much sleep last night either, so I should nap, but it won't happen.

^Do you use a fan?
I always have it one the medium setting, so I don't wake up overheated.

I took a nap today.

That's just because I was totally exhausted.

I ran 7.5 miles this morning, swam 2 and worked out at the gym. (I know, I have something wrong with me)

I've never done anything like that before :/

When I was young I thought naps were silly. At the time, I had a family friend who was a few years older and she was taking a lot of naps and I never understood.
Once I hit university, I understood, haha. I take them every once in awhile because of exhaustion, but I rarely have time to. pinch.gif
