Seeing as that I don't have balls, I'd say getting punched on the boobs HURT.
My friend was serving a tennis ball and SOMEHOW it hit me (I was on the other court) and hit me! DAMN it hurt like mofo! It wasn't a weak serve either, he CHUNKED it. ...thank goodness I didn't bruise! |

you don`t really know for sure. if you`re a boy, you probably think being kicked in the nuts hurts more than a punch in the boob and vice versa. but i think this question is unfair because we can`t experience both.

Going beyond the subject, women have 2 more gender-specific vulnerable points a blow to which may incapacitate them - the clitoris and ovaries. |

Getting punched in the boob isn't that bad... I mean that's happened a lot to me in taekwondo... but I guess with habitual fighting you kinda get used to it.
I'd definitely have to say balls hurt worse than boobs... gaging guys reactions even when they have protective gear... yikes. |
