Xanga Splash/Welcome Screen (I Need Help), I need help with my splash/welcome screen page. |

I was creating a splash/welcome screen page & for some reason when I use two different images I wanted to use (.jpg & .bmp, formats) the image for the splash page came up as those annoying little red x's. But I have one on my other Xanga (Playerette_Directory_x3) that's .gif format & it shows up fine. Even when I click the red x & slect "Show Picture" it still doesn't work. The code for the url & all that is fine, works ok, just not when I put it as a splash image. If someone has a Xanga & would like to help me the site I'm trying to add it to is: XoX_GotViolenceLays_XoX.

When you say the URL is fine, do you mean that you've tested linking it elsewhere (not in the splash script) and it works fine? Are you hosting those images on a separate server?
Try hosting them on imageshack.us |
