Genetic mutations are accidental. Random changes in DNA and some can't be fixed.

To be honest, i would love to have a dog like that. i'll treat the dog very special like it's something to treasure.

all dogs deserve some love, yo.

what's the difference between genetic mutation and genetic disorder? i'm not much into biology and remembering it. it's not my thing.
