anime.essence - By your application you seem like a good person that knows what thier talking about when it comes to myspace stuff. By looking at your contributions it really shows that you do know what your talking about and could be a big help to people that may have any problems when it comes to myspace. Also you contribute a lot of layouts which is a good thing, which means you should know what should be accepted or rejected when it comes to the que. The only thing you do have a real problem with is being active, I think you need to be a bit more active to the community and to the myspace forums atleast. Since one of the requirments is to atleast have 5 ppd and you kind of only have 1.2. I think even if you were to get the position you would probably be a lot more active and get the post count up. But I think it may have looked even better if you had that as well.

She's a really good designer too, but she doesn't give herself enough credit.
I remember seeing some things that she made in photoshop back in august, and I was completely jealous and thought that she'd make a better mod than me.

tic tac. - You seem very confident, which I find to be a good thing. Its your third time applying, I think that does show quite a dedication. I always found persistence to be a good quality to a certain extent. Anyway you seem like a very nice person by your application, you know how to have fun and known when its the right time to have that fun. Your most active in the sandbox like a lot of the other applicants so I think I'm just going to drop this whole thing, although I would hope if any of you got on staff that would change a bit. You have a 9.2 ppd and an official member which is great that you meet the requirments. You seem to post around in a lot of the forums which is nice that you like to get around to all the forums, although you have posted quite a bit in the sandbox and some of your posts seem a little spamish. You seem very well liked around the community as well which is a nice touch to be on people staff. (Also while going through your posts you posted a picture of a Nokia phone, I wanted that phone so bad but it only really works to its best potential in Europe so I could really use it where I liked ) Anyway, I think you seem like okay mod material I guess there is some room to improve on, by not posting so much in the sandbox. I know its great to have fun sometimes but when 75% of the first two pages of your posts are all made in the sandbox I think its a bit overdoing it. I think you have a great personality though, and I think you have great potential to be on the staff team.

Jeng - You seem like a very well organized person, by the last sentence you said. I think after seeing you didn't get the position last time you really knew what needed to improve on, and its great that you can own up to your weaknesses. I think you could make a great contribution toward the community by being on staff here. You see well known and liked and you do seem like you have a nice personality. When I started going through your posts I was very impressed to be honest. You post everywhere throughout the forums and you seem very helpful and patient. You meet the requirments as well, nice bonus

krnxswat - By your application, I've very impressed with it. You do seem really honest about what your downfalls may be and confident in your highs. I know for a fact that since you've been here your really well liked for your sarcastic comments towards some members, but really you should think of how much you could have possibly hurt the members. I think before you get the oppurtunity to be on staff again you should stick yourself in others shoes sometime and see that if you were in a really need for help then you wouldn't want your topic to be bashed or be cussed at. I have read many of your posts throughout the relationship forum and I can tell that you do have a mature side and you can be helpful.

^In that thread you posted twice by cussing.

I think if you have been on staff before then you should very well know the rules. I'm sure cussing constantly is one of them? Being a bit polite and respectful towards the members.

In the end, I think you need a bit more time to show you really want the position. I think if you turned your act around and showed your mature side most of the time, and not be so rude towards people in need, then you would be a great addition to the staff team. Also get your offical member status back


Azarel - You sound like you have a great attitude and could be a good addition to the design part of the staff. You seem very mature and sound like you know what your talking about when it comes to certain matters. You meet the requirements of having an official member status and 10.4 ppd. I think you should contribute more layouts perhaps, atleast a LJ one since thats the position you would like to be in. I see your very helpful with myspace stuff as well, thats a good thing to be knowledgable in two different places in the resource center. Going through your posts though you haven't really posted that much in the past few days as much as the other applicants. Personally, I think it would be great for the staff to promote you to LJ staff, since there isn't any and it looks like its a bit needed and you seem to know your facts. Looks like sometimes you can be a bit irked and start rashing out at someone, I'm sure you could possibly fix that if you were put on staff.

I think everyone should be treated equally as you stated which is a good thing I think to have when your on staff. Because I have seen on other sites and perhaps even this one where some people didn't get punished because they were friends with so and so. Also a good thing that you'll except criticism that is given to you and only take it as a matter of improving. When I viewed your profile you also showed that you were most active in the sandbox. -shrugs- If you read the other things I wrote to others you would know my opinion on that. When I started going through your posts you had posted a lot in the sandbox, although some of your posts were quite helpful. Although a lot of posts were kind of spamish. I mean when you get put on staff (if you do) are you going to continue posting a million times in the sandbox or actually post in all the forums throughout the community. Anyway other than the sandbox being your strong point, which I'm sure brings you plenty of friends and such. Your next most active would be the lounge it looks like. I suppose thats good to see.

thanks yeah I actually do post alot in the sandbox. Maybe I like to play around to much? and yes I should post more around in the forum and stay less active in the sandbox but yet again I also look at this at points I need to work on and stuff I should take into consideration next time for another hiring.

Yes, yes, I do post in there a lot. It just was one of the things that kept me glued to cB, y'know? I like to play around too! Of course, I do have some serious posts. If I were to be modded, I'd try to do my best to reduce the ammount of pointless topics in there. I know some mods might probably be afraid of that place. And I'll try to post in there less. Thanks.
