I'm not really sure, because I'm not clear on what your question is. Could you rephrase what you are trying to ask, and ephasize a bit more?

Ah...well yeah, everyone fails and then succeeds in a cycle. In the end it's up to the person to determine whether they feel like they succeeded in life.

Well, I think life is a journey.
So to succeed, wouldn't living life be enough? |

Do you think there is success in failure?
Is that what you meant? It seems to make more sense? Or do you mean that Is there any success like failing at something? |

I think I sort of get it now, after re-reading your post a few times. Of course, failure can be a good thing. It enables us to learn from our mistakes, and help us prevent from making the same mistakes again. It can also motivate us to work harder, and be an inspiration. However, it can also have a negative impact as well. It may discourage one, and fall so hard, that they don't want to get up; thus, one may just give up and move on to something else.
It all matters on the individual, I suppose; however, for me, personally, I guess I can concur with you to an extent. |

If time/effort were put into something that ended in failure, then yes, I'd say there is success in just going through the experience. But as Seon Ho said, some get discouraged by failure (like me). The key thing is not to dwell on these failures and to move on.

i guess there is because if you fail after having given the best of yourself and that it didnt work out, then it is a personal success that you haev achieved .
you hgave the best of yourself and know that you could not have done any better, so doesnt that make it a success |

I think failure is a necessary step to success.
Failing at something...being rejected or turned down makes you grow as a person. You learn from each mistake. And if it wasn't your fault, then you learn how people act in this world, and that everything isn't fair. Failing just kinda helps you, and pushes you to suceeding later on. And when you finally do suceed, it means a lot more. |
