I only know how when you use iFrames. But you can just make them all the same color as the background.

Eh, yeah I assumed so or else you probably would have just made it the same color. Is there a reason you want it transparent? Or is it just because? haha, guess I was just wondering if there was some other problem or something that you wanted them transparent. But sorry, it's not possible.

You could always do a filter I guess and make the scroll bar all one random color. Here's the code if you're using CSS. It's added to the end of the scrollbar code.

<style type="text/css">
body
{scrollbar-face-color:blahblah;
scrollbar-track-color:blahblah;
scrollbar-highlight-color:blahblah;
scrollbar-3dlight-color:blahblah;
scrollbar-shadow-color:blahblah;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color:blahblah;
filter:chroma(color="COLOR OF SCROLLBAR");}
</style>

-I think that's right. 0_o *crosses fingers*
