Links not hidding for some reason?, Any ideas? Options

See?(Well, in FF its actually hidden, but not when there is content in the div to the right)
In IE the links are behind my divs, sticking out at the sides.
I did have to remove some hide layout code so the divs would show up.
Any idea on what to do?
