did you download it to the right place?
1.) Click on the download for the font you want. (click Save)
2.) Save it to the folder of your choice on your computer.
3.) Click on "Start" >"Control Panel."
4.) Double-click on "Fonts".
5.) Click on "File" > "Install New Fonts."
6.) The "Add Fonts" dialog box will open; using the "Folder" and "Drive" fields, navigate to the folder to which you downloaded the fonts.
7.) Select the fonts you wish to install.
8.) Click "OK".

then open psp, choose a font, then...use it.

aeroplane.

go to dafont.com or anywhere to download a font. And save all the fonts that you download in to one place and when your done go to the files one by one and extract them. Then they should turn in to normal folders that should have a ttf file in it. Copy that and then follow these stuffs below.

go to your apperaces and themes folder, which is under your control panel. Which you can get to your control panel by going to your start. and you should see it.

when you go to your apperance and themes folder on the left you'll see a fonts folder which is in red click that and paste your font.
