1. Insulting isn't exactly allowed here in CreateBlog, since it's practically member bashing.
2. You're not his representative, and therefore he can speak for himself if he feels the need to. You're just over-reacting. 3. Your insulting Shauna has nothing to do with what you call people, because she didn't say you call people, "Crackers". 4. You can still find your posts even if you take away about fifteen of those exclamation points. It stands out enough as it is.
