and just to thos ewho are dead certain about rebecca, let mer point out that micael didnt get modded the first time he was nominated (or applied, as i think it was then), despite everyone gushing on and on about him... not to say she wouldnt be a fantastic staffer, just that nothing is certain |

Alvin would be good addition to xanga or myspace staff. I don't know this guy but i think mikestah would be a great addition to the staff. and yea Tina I haven't been active as I was before (obviously). Been so busy with school. |

no offence, im sure he'd do fine, bu ti would rather not see ranniel modded.
there are others who i have seen around and active for a lot longer than him, such as yanners, or nga, or naomi, or rachel. the same could be said of nate or rebecca, i suppose, but they havea level of maturity which sets them apart. |

Not intended for anyone specifically, but remember: sucking up will not get you anywhere. Get yourself noticed by being a great member because you will get bad attention by the staff for sucking up. =)

If you sound desperate, it's likely that you won't be modded. Everyone, don't treat the staff title as something like this great achievement. It's not like, an award or something. Not a big deal. So just callllm down. If you're not chosen for staff or even nominated, it's no sweat. You shouldn't be freaking out trying to get on staff...you should simply want to help out, not want to simply have the title. Nyarrr. |
