first: they're called moderating positions
and second: if you wanna be a mod, you have to be selected. that means: -you must be helpful -you must be kind -you will be selected if the admin feel you are worthy of a mod that's just roughly summed up so yeah. |

oo like groups above your post count? That's more like your title.. sorta.. like members are usually newer.. official members must meet certain requirements and have certain privilages, and any staff group is awarded to a member if they are worthy of the position. You must appy to be anything above a member, but also should meet certain requirements.

If you want to be on a specific staff, wait till mod jobs are open up again.
I applied and I didn't get in.  Oh well. I was stupid when I first joined. |
