Hey, in high school when you take a shower in gym, what about when you are on your period? And blood comes umm.. out. Do you wear a pad or tampon, well you dont shower at home with tampons in... can someone explain this process to me, the sowering, not the period stuff. thanks

eww i dunno i'm only in mid school but i would never shower in school maybe with a bathn' siut but for best i won't shower at all b/c i barely sweat at all
