I love the anime but i hate how it ends. Does anyone know if the manga ended the same way? anyone wanna discuss the show?

I've watched the anime but only to like the second to last episode. In the beginning it was pretty good but when it neared the end, it just really...bad. I've haven't watched it for a long time. I deleted all the eps from my comp.
