i have.. a problem.
i can't gain weight. no matter what. i've tried eating more junk food, and i've stayed about 85ish pounds since like, the 4th grade. And i've noticed i've been eating a lot less. i dont have an appetite a lot anymore. my mom says it's nothing. i think i'm underweight based on my BMI and stuff, but she says i'm not.  i do not believe her.do you have any suggestions on what to do to gain weight heathily? |

She's a tad bit shorter than me (I'm 5''3 - short =[) or just the same height. Anyway, she only weights 90 or so. She went to 95 after 4 years, but she got sick once, and dropped back to 90. I guess it's also her health, because she has some infection thing. I guess it's really because she's unhealthy though. But it's still not good. |
