ive liked this guy in my class since the first day of school and today my friend finally trusted me enough to tell me who she likes and of course, it had to be the same guy. we arent really good friends we just met this year. what should i do?

Well, lol, it's not really a competition between you and her. It all depends on who the guy likes, doesn't it? Tell her that you don't want any hard feelings between you guys if he likes one over the other. Don't ruin a beginning friendship over a guy.
