how long did it take fo u to get ur 6 pack and is it possible for a average weight person to get a six pack in 3 months or lesss...and wat r u work out tips for those six packs??

it takes a long time at least for me it did.
but u see progess as u go along so its cool. i used to be like hey i can see lines coming, yeah! crunches,machines,sports |
