Whenever you post in a topic, the topic in that forum gets bumped to the top of the list. For example, in a really really old thread in The Lounge that is on, say, the 50th page, if you post in that topic, the topic'll get "bumped" to the first page of the Lounge. Or if you search for "View New Posts", it'll be bumped to there.
Bumping, generally, annoys people. |
