Lets just say that there is this guy I know... lets call him bob .... and then there is his friend.. lets just call her ally.... lets say that ally likes bob... but bob does not like her in that way... he loves her like a sister... but ally said to bob that she really likes him more then the way that bob likes her.... and bob wants to tell ally that he loves her like a sister nothing more...but afraid what will happen when he tells her... especially since she has gone thru a dramatic moment in her life....lets just say that it was a death of a family member....so what should bob do?...should he tell her the truth even though it will just add to the pain that ally already has....or what?

bob should tell ally but stay close friends with her. if bob lied and said he did like her in that way not only would he not be happy but she sure as hell wouldnt be happy when she found out, she would be even more hurt. bob and ally need to sit down over a huge bucket of ice cream and talk everything out. hey maybe bob will end up liking ally someday. tell ally not to let her hopes get smashed.
