There is none; she's asking for a translation from Chinese to English. Never mind; I can't see it either.

Omfg that's like the hot trend over here in Taiwan.

I guess since it's an asian style, there really isn't an english version of it right? It would just directly translate to...corn perm.

I ditto this, but let's stop turning this girl's thread into a war zone debating Mandarin vs. Cantonese vs. Taiwanese.

Oh man... it looks horrible on tat girl and her hair looks really damaged that way. Same for the guy -- It would've looked fine if it was just straightened.

In the US, I'd call that a "scene kid" hair style. B/c all the scene kids have that hair....the big poofy layered kind. Hah. Yeah...

Wellll....
I have the right answer! (not meaning to sound full of myself or ne thing)

It is a guys version of "scene" hair.
Lots of layers, choppy, and slightly or emensely(spelling?) 'teased' in the back.

over here, it has been/was called the "lesbian asian cut" for awhile.
people often also call it a "emo" cut-- although "emo cuts" do not normally include 'teasing' the hair, just straightening it.

here are SOME but not limited examples:: http://photobucket.com/images/guy%20scene%20hair/

xxxxxx
P.S. -- Just because the style is called "scene" does NOT mean that anyone wearing the style IS scene. Scene is more than just a fancy cut. So no- i am NOT calling you or anyone with the style scene. I dont think anyone is scene until they themselves call themselves that.

Scene has a lot to do with how you dress, your interests, hobbies, ect. not just a hairstyle.

FOR EXAMPLE::
This is an OLD picture of me....normal

but this is me one day when i did my hair "scene"

but it does not mean i am.
so i am not calling you scene. lolzzz

It's really not considered scene in Asia... that first pic is called a firework perm. :O

I got back from Taiwan recently and I got a haircut kinda like that (as in volumous top with no perm, like salcha4u's pics but flatter); the whole poufy look is REALLY trendy in Asia/Taiwan right now. Imho crimping it is a bit much, but without that the hairstyle can look really good on certain people~
