1.)Take your image and sharpen it once or twice.

2.)Now make a new Raster Layer [Layers>New Raster Layer] and fill it with the color #f5cfa7
User posted image Then go to Layers>Properties and set the layer to Multply 100%.

3.)Next, make another new Raster Layer [Layers>New Raster Layer] And fill it with #0b0b4f
User posted image. Next go to Layers>Properties and set this layer to Exclusion.

4.)TADA. done. Pretty simple huh? Now you can add some text or brush! Here is my final result.

Just create a new layer and flood fill (paint bucket) the color into that and use the correct settings.

i have photoshop cs. for some reason the raster layer isn't an option. i looked under layers. did i do something wrong, or is it labeled differently?
