Can be used anywhere. Adds a little scrollbar box to sections. Good, if the text has stretched out your tables, or has made them too long.

Updated on 8/29/08 and YES it does work.

***Note: to change the background colour, add
background-color: xxxxxx; into the code and make sure that the xxx's resemble a hex code that starts with #. I tested it out and realised that without the #, it won't work. Also, another option is to straight out type out the colour name. Also, if you wish to change the height, change the 100px for width and height to different numbers until you're satisfied.
