My contemporary take on a Halloween theme. I made a winter theme called "Winterfall", so this Halloween theme is called "Hallowfall". You can remove the extra comment box under CSS Elements. Haha, Hallowfall. Smart wording. I really like this layout. At first I thought it was a blog layout. you should make another one, but a blog layout too. :D
