I got a message from the user jumab and it said the following:

You can PM People Staff, Head Staff, or Administrators so that we can block that user from contacting you, or post in the Feedback forum. I've suspended that account, so she can't harass anyone anymore.

If a problem like this comes up again, feel free to message any of the moderators to assist you next time and make sure to block the person that sent you the message.
