I'm in a really difficult situation and aside from my own thoughts,I wanted to know what other people would think. So here it is, I have a friend who lives a couple states away from me and we've been really close;to the point where we had a short long distance relationship. We're not together but we still love each other, as of right now, she has a boyfriend and she's planning to get an apartment with him (and a pet.) I've told her how I feel about the whole situation and she isn't understanding that what she's doing is hurting me, but at the same time she tells me that I mean the world to her.

I honestly, don't know either to stay and wait it out with her or to end it.

i think you just need to wait out with her. honestly, it seems like she's confused of what she wants. she says she loves you, because she misses being with you. you guys live too far apart to stay together, but her heart still holds on to you while she is with another guy. just wait, her relationship with her boyfriend might get annoying or frustrating when they live together.

i also suggest you think about what kind of love do you mean to her. it could be a different love rather than a boyfriend love.. do you get what i'm saying?

She's basically confused to whether or not she wants a long distance relationship or not.
(basically what sunshine said)

Does she really love you for a relationship or more as a "love as a friend? "

The love we HAD was the kinda that we never stopped talking.
Now on the otherhand, its more of me giving her the attention.
She says she loves me more, but it's hard to believe when I dont see it.

I understand,what your saying.
But we've known each other for four years.
And its feels like its getting worse and worse between us.

I think you should move on. I agree with what the people above me said about how she's confused about what she wants, saying that you mean a lot to her while moving in with her boyfriend. You don't deserve to be strung along.

Want some helpful advice? Anytime the word "boyfriend" is involved and it's not describing you BAIL.

She might love you as friend then, but she might not want to hurt your feelings so she is giving you misinterpretations to cinfuse you becuase she still wants you to be friends with her

hopefully that makes sense

shes probably only saying "i love you" out of habit-not sincerity. A person who REALLY REALLY means it wouldn't have a boyfriend and move in with the f*cking guy.

Its just not logical.

she's a playah, and playahs play.

well she lives far away and to me seems like she has moved on she says she loves you prob not to hurt you in my case i would try and move on and find some one who will always be there for me and not tell me what I want to hear.

I've taking things into account and I've decided to give it til next month,

That's a good idea. If things do end, at least you can say you tried.

Have you ever met her? I don't think you ever mentioned you did..
