Okay, My boyfriend went to the doctor today and was diagnosed with Mono, and I don't have it. So I think he might have cheated on me because where could he have gotten it from, since I don't have it. I mean it's a kissing disease, you know?
Any Suggestions?

Mono is highly contagious. He could've just been around someone with it, or shared a bottle of water or an eating utensil, or something like that. I got mononucleosis last summer without kissing anyone with it.

yeah what michael said. it got the nickname the kissing disease but that doesn't mean that's literally the only way you get it.

wat they said, most common way is through kissing... but deff not the only way 2 get it . . why not just ask him?

It's actually not the most common way.
I got mono from a friend, sharing soda with them... don't jump into conclusions.
