Since I somehow managed to ignore American Idiot, it's the first song I've heard from them in a long time, and I didn't think it was shitty. I'm still on the fence about Them Crooked Vultures, but people seem to really like it... I think I'll just have to remain neutral about that project

The Flaming Lips recently released an album, and that would be on my worst list, but they aren't really mainstream anymore sooo they don't count here.
