I did these over the summer. Not my best, but oh well.






First one is a self portrait, second is of my friend Ashley, and third is some random foil portrait mess.

Critiques?

The second one is very interesting. At first the blue streaks really threw me off, but the more I look at it, the more fitting it becomes, gives it a little surreal feeling.

I'm not sure what's going on with the foil piece. hehe

Yeah, I really don't like the foil one. I imagined it turning out a lot better, haha.

I like the second one. Kinda feel like the eyes are exaggerated, but it fits.

I love the first two and the eyes of the first one are spectacular! :P
I think the third one is interesting..

I actually love the foil one. so creative. and very intricate. Would have been better if you did it on old parchment or just on a canvas.

I dislike the first two, but the third one is nice. Probably just because it's different.

The first and third are oil pastels, and the second is Prismacolors.

I love the foil one the most. I think if you cut out a piece right under the face for a neck, the foil would look like really nice hair.
