good day all,can i get help on a shout out box?.i want those who log on to my blog at www.dirtyhiphophead.blogspot.com to be able to post with cbox.ws shout out boxor somethin else that i have at my blog and then have it scrollin from left to right just below the banner. how do i do it?

It is not possible to have the contents of your shoutbox scrolling across your page if you're using a third-party shout box program, like you suggested. Have you seen this done before? If so, could you please provide a link?
