I'm having this same type of submission problem:

I'm trying to submit an html tutorial.
I'm using the regular codebox but everytime I submit and view the tutorial, all the tags are gone. Everything appears in the codebox besides the tags, and some of the codes I put also get formatted. I decided to just give up on it for now, but I was wondering, why is it doing this? Am I inputting it wrong?

^I used bbcode for the codebox, but the tags, etc. in the codebox don't show up. For example, when I input
[ code ]ADD AN IMAGE:
<img src="image url here">[ /code ]
(without the spaces of course)
It shows up as


Same with everything else. All the tags disappear, leaving only the text I wrote.
