I'm at the end of my wits here! maybe I just suck. :[

I'm trying to setup a digital portfolio on my website, with only a small part of my site using flash. All I want is to have a list of thumbnails and when you click the thumbnail, a window opens. Not like a pop-up box or a separate window, just a larger scale version overlaying the rest of the page, with like 'Close' in the corner or something.

It'd be nice if I could have the title in the other, maybe even underneath a spot for credits or whatever... with the ability to be able to go next, back, or have a slide show... I'm really not picky about all that, though.

If ANYONE can help me, I'd be extremely grateful and try to repay you somehow?!

I think what you want is called "lightboxes". They're discussing the same thing in this post.
