i'm having a really hard time just getting through each day right now.
basically, i need advice/tips about anything. any self-confidence boosting thing, etc...
i think if i can get a boost right now, i can get back to designing (i've completely just stopped with everything. i don't have ideas, creativity, anything...), which will make things a bit better.
btw, i stuck this in health for "mental health".

well, yes, i've always had that issue. but i don't know why i threw it in there...i'm asking for advice/tips because i'm sort of in a hole right now, if you know what i mean.

I'm tempted to move this topic, but I really don't know what you're asking about. Are you talking about Design? Or a personal "slump"? (Whatever that is.)

go do something that'll get you to sweat.
it calms me and makes me feel good after.
go hang out with people or family.
&relax. you cant change anything about yourself
or your past. so accept it, and be happy[:
