Is there anyway [script, even a setting] to block those from viewing your xanga?

Unfortunately no.

I know it's so annoying, especially when you have tracker. I always look at my tracker to see who visited my site, so I can go to their sites and see which of my layouts are most popular. It's SOOOO annoying when they have friends lock :-\

You can just block them using friends lock. Counter! ahahaha.

But I guess that's not the answer you're looking for
