I have a question.. It's not really about official member, designer, promoter.. but please read. I don't know where else to put it.

When I go looking through the forums, I see posts from people who are "mentors" "design staff/ people staff/ etc... etc.." how did they become "staff" "mentors" "head staff" etcc etcc.. theres more, I know.. Just can't think of them off the top of my head. Do you understand what I'm asking? How did they become more than just "official ___"?

they get hired to be on staff. maybe if you are a good little boy, one day you will be on staff too.

No worries about inquiring about staff, since it's titles (I think) you are curious about, sort of.

lmao you have to click show more profile boxes at the end to the left. Okay, i put the groups box right under my information, so it should be very easy to see even with out the coffe. Its not a link to cB but it is a link to the cB group on facebook.

I tried adding a text link on my profile but it didnt allow HTML!

And that's why they put in place the 3,500 post rule.

True, but the 1000/2 ppd combo isn't indefinite. So if you manage to get up to 1001 and then stop posting for whatever reason, you could lose your OM status since feasibly your ppd would be lower. The 3500 post rule ensures that regardless of your ppd, you have OM status indefinitely. Does that make any sense?

I used to be an Official designer.....what happened?

Hmm. My only guess is that after a certain someone removed everyone a while back, you were never switched back. I went ahead and changed you back to Official Designer. =)

I have two other usernames that I don't ever use - is it possible for me to combine them to the one I'm on now? I've got over 3k in posts and at least 2ppd for one of them. And if you look at my activity for the past month on this username, I post more than 2/day.

okay so I have some more questions, sorry, what are the perks of getting OM?
like whats so different from Om and regualr members, besides post counts

- VIP Lounge
- Colored Username of Forum
- No Flood Control

I meant that they recently took away flood control for OMs and staff. We all once had to deal with it not too long ago.

All it means is that the link stays in place, like you don't remove it after you've been made an official member.

not a question about OM or OD or OP but whats member group duplicate?
I was browsing and saw that?

They're multiple accounts made by members who already have active accounts. Making multiple accounts is not allowed (except in certain cases), so the duplicate usernames are placed in that group and cannot be used to post.

also, sorry for the questions but can I switch from being oM to OD if my submissions go up?

Yeah, there's no difference between the perks that OMs and ODs get.

Can I still get my old account back that i uhh ask for deletion awhile ago, i had like 1K+ posts in there is it possible to get those posts back? and combine with this one?
